• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate account information

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Upload fake or fraudulent testimonials
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service to spam or harass others
• Violate any intellectual property rights

Your content: You retain ownership of testimonials and data you submit. You grant us a license to display and store this content to provide the service.

Our content: Praize and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We don't store your payment card details.

Praize is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms.

We may modify these terms at any time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
